Total Integrative Wellness believes that nutrition, exercise, work-life balance and spiritual faith are the means to proactive and preventative health care, while conventional health care attempts to treat a problem that is quite often already in a chronic state (and is thereby, reactive).
Our busy lives often lead us to neglect the simple, yet fundamental principles of nutrition, exercise, rest, play, human-interaction, and spiritual grounding.
